The Company

AKSU Nigeria Limited is an independent organization providing services in the fields of Civil Engineering and Agricultural Value chain.

We have well qualified engineers and technicians with considerable expertise in both traditional and high-tech engineering. Through its key personnel, AKSU provides a personal and unbiased service to every individual, client and deals with every project, large or small, with a high degree of engineering quality and efficiency.

The company is capable of handling a wide variety of projects, including development engineering, detailed design, construction and project management. We have also advised other consulting engineering firms, developers and contractors on the construction and design of the largest and very technically advanced Civil Engineering Structures.

We carry out pre-conceptual designs on multi-disciplinary installations, which involves the provision of detailed cost analysis and projected programme schedules. In this respect, AKSU Nigeria Ltd has been able to advise clients on considerations such as de-manning, refurbishment and upgrading of existing facilities as well as new developments.

Mr. Aiyenitaju is an Accountant with over forty years of experience spanning accounting, taxation, trading, manufacturing, and consultancy. His professional academic pursuits started in 1977 when he passed his Advanced Level with Royal Society of Arts Examination Board - London (RSA III) in Cost Accounting and Associated Economics Board, London - Advanced Level in Accounting and Economics. In 1979, he enrolled with the association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN), for the Professional Transitional Arrangement Examinations Programme 1979 - 1984. In December 1983, he completed the Qualified Examinations and was admitted as a member of the Association in 1984 and later became a fellow of the professional body (FCNA).

He started his working career with Biode Pharmaceutical Industries, PZ Industries, and various companies before he joined Standard Industrial Development Company Limited (SIDCLTD) of the Mitsubishi Group of Company Japan in 1978. He was confirmed as the Company's Accountant in 1984 and rose to become the Company's Chief Accountant in 1990, the first Nigerian to occupy the exotic position till his volunteered retirement in 1998 to start his own practicing firm - OLATUNDE AIYENITAJU & CO. While in Standard Industrial Development Company Limited, he was the Chairman of the Cooperative Society from  1984 - 1990 and Chairman Employee Trust Fund from 1990 - 1998. He is the Managing Partner of OLATUNDE AIYENITAJU & CO and director in many other companies.

Akinola Akinbade, Akinrinola, HND, NSE

Managing Director

Akinola Akinrinlola is a consummate engineer with over three decades experience in engineering and construction industry in Nigeria. A member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He held a Higher National Diploma in Civil Engineering from the famous Yaba College of Technology. Immediately after his one-year compulsory NYSC service to the nation he joined Bodfem Nigeria Limited where he held the position of project coordinator. Under this portfolio, he had the rare opportunity to supervise various construction works of diverse designs. He later moved to Akinbade Construction Company, where he served as project director. As a project director he had responsibilities for design of structural elements and also supervised and coordinated construction works. In 1999, relying on mammoth experience he had gathered he established AKSU Nigeria Limited. He has since been responsible for design of structural elements, supervision and coordination of construction works in various parts of the country, and general management of the company including raising finances for the activities of the company.

Adekunle Moses Temetan, HND (Acctg), ACTI, ACA

Head of Finance

An associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria. He has over 25 Years experience in Banking, Aviation, Oil and Gas, Auditing and Consultancy, Investment Banking, Stock Broking Operations, Construction and Hospitality Industry.

He had a rewarding career in banking with Universal Trust Bank PLC and rose to the middle level management. He left banking in 2004 and joined Virgin Nigeria Airways Ltd where he rose to the position of regional manager in charge of outstation finance.

He later joined True Bond Investment Ltd as Group General Manager in charge of the stockbroking arm, investment portfolio and micro finance banking operations. He moved on from the services of Trust Bank and was employed by the Dome Entertainment company at Abuja as Chief Finance Officer. He resigned from Dome Entertainment Co Ltd to join the firm of Sterling Partners and Co (Chartered Accountants) as partner. Adekunle had since moved on to join the firm of Adebayo Rojugbokan & Co (Chartered Account) as partner designate. He has attended many courses within the financial services industry both locally and internationally.

Engr. Adeniyi Makanju, HND, B.Sc., M.Sc., NSE, COREN

Head of Technical - Nigeria

A member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE) and Council for the regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN), our Nigerian Head of Technical, Engr. Adeniyi Makanju has over 2 decades extensive practice working experience, with over a decade spent with Hancock Ogundiya & Partners (British/Nigerian Consulting firm) before partnering with MKNY Consultants. A graduate from University of Ilorin, his engineering background includes work in a wide range of projects:

  • Design of Panyam-Bokkos-Wamba road -(112km with 17 bridges)- in Plateau and Nassarawa States for Federal Ministry of Works. (With HOP).
  • Design of the dualization of Abaji-Lokoja-Auchi-Benin Road (Route No50) Section IIA.
  • Design of Lokoja (Kabba Junction) - Okene for Federal Ministry of Works, Mabushi, Abuja. (With HOP).
  • Design of the dualization of East-West Road, Engineering design of the dualization Port Harcourt (Eleme junction) - Eket Road in Rivers and Akwa Ibom States. (1 No 850m long bridge over Imo river and 3 nos short span bridges).
  • Design of Oyo State Algon road project for lot 7 comprising of 6 LGAs.
  • Structural engineering design & construction supervision of Allied Atlantic Distilleries.
  • Factory complex at Igbesa, Ogun State. This is a 11KL Ethanol producing factory, first of its kind in West Africa, comprising of Office Building, Fermentation, Distillation, Decantation, Mill, Cooling Towers, Effluent Treatment Plant, Civil Infrastructural works and other steelworks structures.
  • Design, vetting and construction supervision of 2 no 23 floors High-rise Tower with 2/3 floors basement, intermediate 3 floors parking lots for the World Trade Centre building at Central Business District, Abuja for Vineyard Nigeria Limited (Churchgate Group).
  • Project management, design and supervision of the construction of Taurus oil and gas depot with 67.5 million litres of petroleum product tanks, 1.2km product receiving pipeline, Jetty and other facilities, including 2.9km of road along Ugbenu Koko, Delta State.

He is a resourceful, competent, result oriented and dynamic individual with experience in supervisory/management. He has a proven track record of achieving and surpassing of all set targets both individually, and with team. He is highly organized and has good initiative to meet the highest standards. He adapts quickly to different work environment/culture. Good communication skill and pays attention to details.

He has Microsoft office skills with internet search engine optimization etc.

He graduated from University of Lagos with B.A (ED) Education Administration and obtained Diploma in Project Management from Stone bridge Associated College. Also he has Certificate in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Nigerian Institute of Management.

Work experience spanned Silame Secondary Classroom Teacher, NYSC Associate Analyst with New Africa Business & Investment Company Limited.

Entrepreneurship - He set up Obatos Odus Enterprises, a trading outfit with a viable interest in the supply of building construction materials and also a small scale timber sawmill.
